What they don’t tell you…
…is that labor and delivery is NOT the most painful part of motherhood.
Real pain and heartache is seeing this
and not being able to help.

Helping your baby is exactly like all forms of service to other people. You are helping , but it doesn’t necessarily yield any visible results at the moment or even for some time. Faith is believing in what we do not see. Faith is believing that you are helping Asher even though he is still screaming. As with all forms of discipline, this will not be pleasant for you at the time, but it will yield a harvest of righteousness. There, how biblical is that! Meanwhile, what a cute little baby. Too bad he screams so much!
