Biggest Loser
Man oh man. My parents sent us the Biggest Loser and we’re just now watching the one from like 2 seasons ago. How I love this show! It’s like the ultimate makeover show! And who doesn’t love a good makeover!? (Don’t answer that.)
Lately I’ve gained a few pounds. I won’t bother you using the f-word and I won’t groan too much about it because I realize it isn’t that much weight but it’s the wrong direction.
Since having Asher and moving to Africa I’ve had 2 issues. 1. I just had a baby and I’m nursing – can’t be dieting or exercising too hard. *wink, wink* 2. I live in Africa. Life has been challenging. I deserve to eat treats. *whine, whine*
Hence the weight gain.
Last week I started exercising. Every morning I did resistance type exercises. (Think Yoga without the religious link and elementary school P.E.) Every afternoon I took a walk. We live in the mountains so that can be very good exercise. I only skipped one day and that was because it was Asher’s birthday and I had a lot going on. And, by the way, that cake got sent to the office the next day so we only had our celebration piece and then got rid of it. Yay!
Okay but back to the Biggest Loser. There was a lady on there who got kicked off. She was probably in her 50’s I guess. And wow her transformation! Her arms were so toned! And I thought, “If she can do it, I can do it!!” So I’m inspired!
I’m devising a plan and I’m committed to getting into better shape! Woo-hoo!

It took me a while to figure out what the f-word had to do with gaining weight. Then I realized it was probably a three letter word, not four. Just goes to show what a misspent youth I had.

Ok, I had the same problem as Kent. Gaining weight is frustrating, but not deserving of language like that… Then I to realized it was probably a three letter word. But, then again, so is M&M. Is there a coincidence? ;-o

Oh that’s funny. Boy. A bunch of potty-mouths reading my blog!
Yep, it’s the 3-letter-word. FAT, FAT, FAT. I know being a handful of pounds over my pre-pregnancy and high school weight and whining about how fat I feel will make many want to puke.
Mmmm… M&M… This is my chocolate fast week. Gah!!
